PickKado is a service operated by Makeza Limited. Payments for premium delivery (SMS and WhatsApp) are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

14-Day Right to Cancel

We honor Paddle's Buyer Terms, which provide consumers a minimum 14-day right to cancelpurchases made online. You may cancel within 14 days from the day after the purchase date for any reason. See Paddle's Buyer Terms for details: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Digital Services and Fulfilment

Premium delivery is a digital service that may begin immediately once you choose to send a poll via SMS or WhatsApp. If you request that we start the service during the cancellation period and the service is fully performed, you may lose your right to cancel for that transaction as outlined in Paddle's Buyer Terms.

How to Request a Refund

  • Include your PickKado poll ID and Paddle transaction ID (shown on your receipt).
  • Tell us whether the message was delivered (SMS/WhatsApp) and the delivery time if known.
  • Contact our support team at support@pickkado.com.

We will coordinate with Paddle to process eligible cancellations and refunds in accordance with the terms above. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
