Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Pickkado is operated by Makeza Limited. Pickkado helps creators publish private concept pages and collect client decisions. This policy explains the data we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account and studio information: name, email address, authentication data, profile image, studio name, studio logo, timezone, notification preferences, and billing settings.
  • Concept page content: project titles, introductions, client names if provided, options, images, descriptions, deadlines, and status history.
  • Client review responses: selected option or change request, optional client name, note, timestamp, IP address, and user agent for security and abuse prevention.
  • Billing information: plan, subscription status, provider customer and subscription identifiers, renewal or cancellation dates, and checkout/webhook records from our billing provider.
  • Operational data: logs, device/browser data, usage events, cookies, support messages, background job status, and security events.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide creator accounts, private concept pages, uploads, and decision records.
  • Show creators dashboard status, response history, and client review activity.
  • Send account, security, and creator notification emails when enabled.
  • Manage subscriptions, plan limits, billing state, and provider webhook updates.
  • Protect the service from abuse, unauthorized access, duplicate submissions, and malicious uploads.
  • Improve product reliability, support, and onboarding.

3. Clients and Private Links

Clients do not need Pickkado accounts to review a page. Review pages are accessed through private, unguessable links. Creators may add a review password on eligible plans. Passwords are stored as hashes, and successful unlocks use short-lived access tokens for that review page. Creators should still share review links and passwords carefully.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate Pickkado, such as hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, authentication, billing, payment processing, background job processing, and support tools.

5. Security and Retention

We use authentication controls, hashed private tokens, secure cookies, upload validation, access checks, hashed review passwords, rate limits, provider webhook signature checks, background job controls, and transport encryption where appropriate. We retain account and project records while needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and support deletion/export requests.

6. Your Choices

  • Update account/profile information from your workspace where available.
  • Delete concept pages you no longer need.
  • Delete your account from the profile area where available.
  • Manage billing from your billing settings or through the billing provider where applicable.
  • Contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data.
  • Manage creator notification preferences in the dashboard.
