Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Pickkado is operated by Makeza Limited. References to Pickkado, we, our, or us mean Makeza Limited. By using Pickkado, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Pickkado provides private concept selection pages for creators. Creators can upload concept options, share a private review link, optionally protect eligible review links with a password, and collect a client selection or change request.

Pickkado is a project coordination tool. It does not create contracts, electronic signatures, or legally binding approvals unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

2. Accounts

  • Creators are responsible for keeping account information accurate and credentials secure.
  • Clients can review pages without creating accounts.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for private links or review passwords you choose to share.
  • You may delete your account where available, but we may retain limited records when required for legal, security, billing, or dispute reasons.

3. Content and Rights

  • You must have the rights needed to upload and share concept images, copy, and project materials.
  • You keep ownership of your content, but grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, and back it up.
  • You are responsible for client information, names, files, and project materials you choose to place on a concept page.
  • You must not upload illegal, infringing, abusive, malicious, or privacy-invasive content.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to access another creator's private data or guess review tokens.
  • Do not upload malware, exploit the service, scrape private pages, or bypass rate limits.
  • Do not use Pickkado to send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Do not present Pickkado responses as legal signatures or formal contract approvals.
  • Do not use Pickkado to collect regulated approvals, sensitive legal signatures, medical decisions, or financial authorizations.

5. Billing

Pickkado offers creator subscription plans with server-enforced limits, such as active concept pages, concepts per page, password-protected reviews, templates, team seats, and platform branding. Current plan details are shown on pricing, checkout, or billing settings screens.

Paid checkout, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and payment details may be handled by a billing provider such as Paddle. Provider terms shown at checkout also apply. If your subscription is cancelled, expires, becomes past due, or is downgraded, existing content may remain readable, but new creation, publishing, or expansion may be limited to your effective plan.

6. Availability and Changes

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, plan limits, integrations, background processing, or storage behavior as the product evolves.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Pickkado at any time.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickkado and Makeza Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
